This 12 to 18-month rotational experience combines educational components, on-the-job-training, projects and personal mentoring and coaching. At the end of the program, you will be placed into a role with one of Mueller Industries’ companies—roles that range from sales and supply chain management to engineering, finance, accounting and others.
